Traditional Physical therapy is a broad term that encompasses a wide range of treatment methods for injuries, conditions, and illnesses. At Platinum PT, our focus is not only on treating your condition but also on helping you prevent future injuries from taking pace.

Traditional Physical therapy programs often include a therapist using their hands to perform manual therapy in conjunction with specific exercises for your condition. These exercises can include stretching, core strength and stability, lifting light weights, and aerobics. The goal of each exercise will vary but is often designed to increase flexibility, reduce stress on joints, strengthen muscles, and/or mobilize joints.
